Gear flow divider with end position compensation
Properties: These flow dividers are equipped with a central valve, which enables equalization for all sections. The individual sections are sealed off from each other via check valves. With these flow dividers, compensation via the valve only occurs when flow from the inlet to the outlet side, not when the oil flows are "collected".
Application: It is important to design the flow divider for the application. The flow dividers consist of two gear segments that are rigidly connected to each other via a shaft. Due to the common shaft, all segments have the same speed and also a proportional delivery rate (partial accuracy ± 3% per chamber). Every flow divider must therefore be given the opportunity to compensate in every cycle, at least in one end position.
