Features: Digital amplifier for proportional valves with open control circuit. The EDM-M card is a digital amplifier and is used to control proportional valves. The setpoint signal varies proportionally to the current (4 - 20 mA) or voltage (0 - 10 V), independent of temperature fluctuations or volume flow impedance.
Application: By supplying power to the solenoid coil using a PWM stage, the hysteresis of the valve is reduced and the control accuracy is improved.
