Gear flow divider without end position compensation
Properties: These flow dividers can only compensate via their internal leaks. This usually means that they must be kept under pressure in their end position(s) for a period of time "X" to enable compensation.
Application: It is important to design the flow divider for the application. The flow dividers consist of two gear segments that are rigidly connected to one another via a shaft. The common shaft means that all segments have the same speed and a proportional delivery rate (dividing accuracy ± 3% per chamber). Each flow divider must therefore have the opportunity to compensate in each cycle, at least in one end position.
