Properties: These flow dividers are equipped with a central valve that allows equalization for all sections. The individual sections are separated from each other by check valves. With these flow dividers, equalization via the valve only occurs when the oil flows from the inlet to the outlet side, not when the oil flows are "collected".
Application: It is important to design the flow divider for the application. The flow dividers consist of two gear segments that are rigidly connected to one another via a shaft. The common shaft means that all segments have the same speed and a proportional delivery rate (dividing accuracy ± 3% per chamber). Each flow divider must therefore have the opportunity to compensate in each cycle, at least in one end position.
