Gear flow divider without end position compensation
Properties: These flow dividers can only compensate for their internal leaks. This usually means that they have to be kept under pressure in their final position(s) for a period of time "X" to allow compensation.
Application: It is important to design the flow divider for the application. The flow dividers consist of two gear segments that are rigidly connected to each other via a shaft. Due to the common shaft, all segments have the same speed and also a proportional delivery rate (partial accuracy ± 3% per chamber). Every flow divider must therefore be given the opportunity to compensate in every cycle, at least in one end position.
