Compact cylinder UNITOP (Ø 12-100)

The dimensions of these cylinders largely correspond to the UNITOP standard. Due to the tolerances specified in the standard and the large number of products with deviations from the standard that are nevertheless sold under the UNITOP name, only the fastening material (not the piston stand threads) can actually be considered standardized. When replacing an existing UNITOP cylinder, we recommend at least checking the overall length, piston rod thread and fastening thread of the heads. These dimensional problems are solved by the compact cylinders that are internationally standardized according to ISO 21287, which are then interchangeable between all manufacturers (e.g. Festo, SMC and Aventics). All of our UNITOP cylinders are equipped with a magnetic piston for position sensing.
