The pressure gauges from the German brand WIKA with a bottom connection (vertical) have the largest variety of variants in our pressure gauge range. You can choose between different diameters, pressure ranges, accuracy classes and materials of the measuring system and housing, which should be determined based on the respective application. It is common practice to load pressure gauges up to a maximum of 80% of the display range. If a pressure of 10 bar is to be measured, we recommend using a 16 bar pressure gauge. In the case of pulsations (e.g. due to pumps or hydraulic applications), we recommend a pressure gauge with glycerin filling and, if necessary, an upstream pressure gauge shut-off valve or cock to protect the Bourdon tube inside the pressure gauge.
