Steel & Stainless Steel Cutting Ring Fittings - Compression Fittings, ISO 8434-1 (4-42 mm)

Cutting ring screw connections according to DIN EN ISO 8434-1 (formerly DIN 2353), colloquially known as "Ermeto screw connections", are intended for universal use with hydraulic pipes made of steel or stainless steel, copper pipes or polyamide pipes. They are compatible with brass cutting ring screw connections. Reinforcement sleeves must be used when assembling PA pipe or thin-walled copper pipe. For use with copper pipe, we recommend using brass cutting ring fittings. These cutting ring fittings can be used for hydraulic applications at high pressures. For use in corrosive environments or special tightness requirements, we recommend the NC compression fittings offered here.
