Hose fittings made of PA, polypropylene, PVDF, PFA

The hose fittings made of polyamide, polypropylene, PVDF and PFA are suitable for connecting hose lines in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors. These connections are used where plug-in connections or hose screw connections made of brass, POM or aluminum cannot be used sensibly due to technical conditions (e.g. with very soft hoses, vacuum applications, liquids, with strong movements between the hose and connection or required chemical resistance). As a rule, these connections are used with hoses made of polyamide (stable), PE (cheap but sensitive to kinks) or PTFE (highly resistant). In any case, we recommend testing the usually cheaper material, stainless steel.
